Purposes and legal bases

• Reviewing your application: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• Keeping your profile for future opportunities for up to two years if your application is unsuccessful: our legitimate interest in building our teams.
• Automated reading assistance on your CV, cover letter and message, and security of our recruitment tool: our legitimate interest in processing applications rigorously and securely. No decision about your application is made automatically.
• For certain positions, checking your professional background: we may collect, from publicly accessible sources on the Internet, professional information about you (publications, talks, professional profiles), to the exclusion of personal social networks and private life. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in verifying the experience of the candidates we consider. You may object to this at any time.

Recipients and transfers

The human resources team and the lawyers reviewing your application; our service providers for email hosting (France), calendar and video-conferencing (European Union) and automated document analysis (United States); for applications to our Johannesburg, Mombasa and Nairobi offices, the ASAFO & CO network firm concerned (South Africa, Kenya).

Applications to Casablanca and Abidjan are stored in France. Transfers to the United States, South Africa and Kenya, countries not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, are governed by the Commission's standard contractual clauses. Retention

Two years after our last contact with you, after which your data is anonymised.

Your rights
